The Maserati Levante will be unveiled at the infamous Geneva International Motor Show on the 1st March 2016. It is the first ever SUV by Maserati, and will complete the existing Maserati range of saloon and sports cars. The Maserati Levante is like no other SUV; uniquely designed and crafted, it is sure to make an impressionable impact on the Maserati lovers of the world.
The SUV is clearly a Maserati, with its distinctive body design lines and Italian characteristics, along with the three iconic air vents to the front and the trapezoidal C-pillar with the ‘Saetta’ logo, through to the streamlined and shaped rear of the car. And in terms of power, the Levante is equipped with both petrol and diesel engines that are all Euro6-compliant.
The Maserati Levante’s chassis has been designed to have outstanding performance when out on the road, complete with superb handing on low-grip surfaces as well as admirable off-road performance levels.
All models feature as standard sophisticated electronic suspension with controlled damping and air springs, “Q4” intelligent all-wheel drive and 8-speed automatic transmission specially calibrated for the brand's new SUV.
The first of the Maserati Levante’s have already come off the assembly line with a launch planned for Europe this spring, and will be followed by the rest of the world later this year.
