Ellah Kirkham

I’ve been with JCT600 Volkswagen as an LDBM for five months and I’ve found a real passion for sales. Before joining JCT600, I worked in logistics, which I enjoyed but never felt was my true calling. Since joining, I’ve enjoyed networking events and the training and support on offer. The best part of my role is meeting new people, building relationships and finding solutions for businesses. My next goal is to complete my LDBM qualification, which I’m aiming to achieve within the next month.

Richard Bradley

With five years’ experience in the motor trade, I’ve been a Local Business Development Manager at JCT600 Volkswagen for five months, supporting businesses across York and Hull. I work with businesses of all sizes, helping them find the right leasing, purchase or fleet solution while building strong relationships and keeping things straightforward. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong car enthusiast with a passion for classic cars, and I’m currently renovating my home and building my own campervan.

Jim McKechnie

I’m an experienced, award-winning Senior Corporate Sales Manager with a strong track record in the premium automotive market. I’ve set up new facilities and grown successful businesses, consistently exceeding sales and profit targets. I use my industry knowledge, including company car taxation, to provide customers with practical solutions and build strong relationships with manufacturer partners. I’m also a Member of the Association of Fleet Professionals (M.A.F.P).

I studied Business and Management at university, which helped build my confidence in customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. After graduating, I joined JCT600 as a Local Business Development Manager, where I work with businesses to understand their vehicle needs, build relationships and find the right solutions. I enjoy meeting new people, growing my network and developing my skills.

Charlotte Nicholson-Stocks

Hi, I’m Charlotte, an Audi Local Business Development Manager covering Yorkshire. With a background in Business Development and Marketing, I enjoy building relationships, understanding businesses and finding the right company car and fleet solutions for my customers. Outside of work, I love spending time with Winnie, my South African Mastiff, playing tennis and padel, and watching football.

I’ve always had a passion for cars, so a career in the automotive industry was a natural choice. As a Local Business Development Manager at JCT600 Audi York, I enjoy meeting new people, building lasting relationships and helping customers find the right vehicle. Outside of work, I love running, climbing and scuba diving, and enjoy pushing myself with new challenges and adventures.

Karolina Tilsley

I’m Karolina, a Local Business Development Manager for CUPRA/SEAT and Kia, covering Yorkshire and the Humber. After starting my motor trade career as a trainee at Porsche, I developed a passion for helping businesses find the right fleet solutions, particularly around electric vehicles and the financial benefits they can offer. I enjoy building long-term relationships and finding solutions that genuinely add value. Outside of work, I love hiking and exploring with my husband and our cocker spaniel, Remi.
