What is a service plan?

A service plan is a cost-effective way of paying for years of servicing in advance, meaning all you have to do is book your vehicle in when the time for a service comes round. It’s already paid for!

When can I purchase a service plan?

You can purchase a service plan when you buy a new vehicle, or talk to us about purchasing a plan for a vehicle you already own.

How long can I spread my monthly payments over?

You can spread your monthly payments over 1-3 years.

What if I change my vehicle?

You can transfer your service plan to your new vehicle if you buy it from JCT600.

Can I include my MOT?

Yes your MOT can be added at a reduced cost to your plan.

 

I’ve moved house and there is a different dealership closer to my new address, can I take my car here for its service instead?

Yes you can book your vehicle in at a different JCT600 Dealership, just make sure you book in advance.

Do I have to pay anything on the day of my service?

No. However, if you haven’t kept to the original service time schedule or mileage set up, you may have to pay a top up on the day.

What if I drive more miles in the year than anticipated?

We usually find that our annual service estimate covers the cost for the vast majority of customers. However, if you’ve driven more miles than expected and your vehicle needs additional service work that unexpectedly takes your bill over the amount you’ve saved, you can settle the difference on the day.

What happens if I cancel my service plan?

Cancellation of your service plan will incur an administration fee; please ask for more details.
