At the annual Geneva Motor Show, Volkswagen unveiled the new Arteon saloon, which replaces the Passat CC premium saloon.
Designed with sports cars and gran turismo models in mind, it has a sleek and stylish outline that covers a premium interior design to keep the driver and passengers in excellent comfort.
With a new model comes the opportunity to try something new, and with the dynamic and flowing look, the Arteon gives a fresh perspective on the saloon class from Volkswagen.
Under the bonnet, it will be fitted with a range of both petrol and diesel engines, with the top level TSI and TDI engines fitted with a dual-clutch gearbox and 4Motion all-wheel drive as standard. DSG automatic option will also be available on all engine options.
Inside, the Arteon can be fitted with the optional Discover Pro infotainment system which includes a 9.2-inch display and gesture control. Fitted as standard it features a 6.5-inch display with Volkswagen Composition Media infotainment system as well as stainless steel detailing, multifunction leather steering wheel and semi-electric front comfort seats.
Launched with two designer trim levels – Elegant and R-Line – the Arteon offers quality and excellence in every guise.
To ensure you stay safe on the road, Volkswagen fits driver assistance systems, such as adaptive cruise control, lane assist and pre-crash sensors to ensure you are as secure on the road as possible.
Further details for the Arteon will be released later this year and expect to see this model in showrooms before the end of the year.
