Progress Across the Site

Externally, roofing and CCTV ducting work continue, while mastic sealant works are under way ahead of the installation of the entrance doors.

Inside, bulkheads and internal walls are progressing well, with electrical installation work also moving forward. Fire-stopping works continue across first-floor areas, and the back-of-house staircase has now been screeded as the internal fit-out advances.

Preparing for the Finishing Touches

Attention is increasingly turning to the details that will help bring the renewed centre together. Measurements have been completed for the fitted office furniture, with further preparation planned for the concrete panelling.

Upcoming tile deliveries will support the next stage of work in the washroom areas, while further activity on ducting and insulation will help progress the building services installation.

Each stage marks another step towards delivering the new Destination Porsche Centre, designed to provide an enhanced environment for customers, with a larger showroom, new lounge areas and an expanded workshop.
