Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Hull
is on a winning streak, as they win yet another competition, this time for excelling in sharing technical information with their customers through the Vehicle Visual system.
The small service team successfully sent a variety of videos to their customers to help explain faults and how they are repaired at the site, as well as informing them on why it is important to have these repairs regularly maintained.
The videos helped gain the trust of customers as it showed how Volkswagen CV Hull care about their vehicles and think it’s important that customers fully understand the repair process. In turn customers were more willing to book in once they were aware of what needed doing to their vehicle and why.
Service Manager, Chris Playfoot commented: ‘We were really excited when the Vehicle Visual system was launched as it is a great platform to share technical information with customers in an easy-to-digest format. The campaign was an added bonus and we never expected to win a prize as we are such a small site, with only two advisors, compared to other CV sites.
We have had some great feedback from customers that have watched the videos, especially some of our big fleet customers, who have said the videos are really interesting and helpful.’
