To increase the appeal of the Q2 compact SUV, Audi has added a new, more powerful model to the range, which includes quattro all-wheel-drive.
The new 2.0-litre TFSI petrol model, which produces 187bhp and gets up to 60mph in 6.5 seconds, comes with the world-renowned drive system to give drivers more confidence and grip on almost any surface.
With the combination of four-wheel-drive and petrol performance, this top of the line Q2 can get up to 141mph and comes with the S tronic seven-speed transmission. It is paired with Audi drive select, which when in ‘efficiency’ mode switches the engine off at speeds under 4.3mph.
Depending on the trim level, the engine can achieve up to 44.8mpg and emit 144g/km CO2 – with these figures coming with the S Line trim due to its standard 18-inch wheels.
This top spec engine is available with S Line or Edition #1 trims – with the latter the pinnacle of the Q2 line-up.
With the top spec, customers get 19-inch five-spoke Audi Sport alloy wheels, quantum grey paint, the black styling pack and the Manhattan styling pack – which includes grey contrasting bumpers, wheel arch trims and side skirts. This adds up to a more imposing Q2 and one that is very stylish indeed.
Inside you get grey Nappa leather sports seats with brown contrast stripes and stitching, and the advanced LED interior lighting pack, as well as other standard features.
For the models fitted with the new engine, prices start from £31,760 with the S Line spec. For more information on the new Q2 version, contact your nearest JCT600 Audi Centre
