Our Service, MOT and parts departments are open by appointment only. To keep everyone safe, we will be operating new contactless vehicle handover processes, and all colleagues have been provided with protective equipment to protect them, you and your vehicle.

How do I know when my vehicle’s due for an MOT?

When your vehicle is 3 years old, it will require its first MOT test. From this point, it will then need an MOT ever year. You can check if and when your vehicle is due an MOT on the DVLA website using your vehicle’s registration number if you’re unsure.

How do I find out if my vehicle has any safety recalls?

You should be notified by your vehicle’s manufacturer if your particular vehicle is subject to a safety recall of any kind, but if you’re unsure, visit the DVLA website and enter your vehicle’s details.

My vehicle needs a service – which dealerships can I use?

Any! Get in touch with your local JCT600 dealership, and they’ll be more than happy to find a date and time that’s convenient for you.

My vehicle is from a manufacturer that JCT600 doesn’t represent – can I still service my car with you?

Of course – all 52 of our dealerships have the expertise and knowledge to service any vehicle from any manufacturer.
