Motability Scheme Benefits:

Am I eligible for the Motability Car Scheme?

Anyone with a higher rate mobility allowance and at least 12 month’s award left is eligible for the Motability car scheme. So, that includes:

• Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP)
• Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HRMC DLA)
• War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
• Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

You can then use that allowance to cover the monthly rentals of a Kia model of your choice over the next three years, with no additional costs. All you have to do is make an advance payment, which varies depending on the model and your situation.

Motability Scheme vehicles are leased to customers by Motability Operations Limited. Motability Operations Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under reference number 735390. Up to six tyres during a three-year lease (including up to four due to damage) Customers will need to pay an admin fee for a VE103 certificate and inform the RAC when travelling outside the UK.
