Vauxhall have given more details on their upcoming go-anywhere family vehicle, the all-new Vivaro Life.
The large people-carrier will be built at Vauxhall's Luton manufacturing plant, and will be available in two trims - the stylish Elite, and the multi-purpose Edition.
Depending on specification and length, the Vivaro Life will seat up to nine occupants, and a versatile cabin gives plenty of options for storage and load-carrying.
The Vivaro Life Elite is designed for carrying the whole family in ample comfort, with a five-seat configuration as standard, while the Edition is more business-focussed, with space for nine in a design that has the functionality of a versatile people-carrier.
Two lengths are available, but both versions will have a 3.28-metre wheelbase and the same large-opening tailgate for easy loading and unloading.
Cloth trim is standard, though luxurious leather trim is available on configurations with four, seven or eight seats.
For power, the Vivaro Life makes use of 1.5-litre and 2.0-litre Turbo D engines, with CO2 emissions as low as 128g/km and fuel economy of up to 46.8mpg.
A six-speed manual will be available at launch, with an eight-speed auto available in 2020.
Pricing for the Vivaro Life starts at £27,760 OTR, and is available to order now.
