The new Peugeot 3008 SUV has been completely redesigned with a brand new outlook on the compact crossover, and will be released at the beginning of 2017.
After the first generation was released in 2008, this new model will be made up of four trim levels, have a longer wheelbase allowing for more overall space, a larger cabin space for all the occupants and more luggage space, especially when the rear seats are folded away, which offers one of the largest luggage spaces in the sector.
It will also be one of the most advanced Peugeots ever, and will be the first to be fitted with the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit, a revolutionary infotainment system that features sensory buttons to make sure your driving experience is as enjoyable as possible.
The system comes with the Amplify feature that accentuates the different senses involved with driving, such as touch, scent and hearing. With two modes available to suit your style and mood, Relax and Boost, you can make your drive feel extra special.
Made with Very High and Ultra High Strength Steel, the 3008 has been made to be as light and strong as possible, which has increased performance capabilities and offers a dynamic driving experience.
This new 3008 SUV also offers some of the best safety features in the Peugeot range, such as Active Safety Brake and Distance Alert, Active Involuntary Crossing Line (a lane departure system) and Driver Alert Warning.
Available with a variety of petrol and diesel engines, and fitted with either a manual or automatic gearbox, you can get the performance you desire with the right driving feel.
The new model will be available to order from November, and delivered from January 2017, with a starting price of £21,795 for Active PureTech 130 S&S and £22,845 for Active BlueHDi 100 S&S.
