The recent unveiling of the EQB, by Mercedes-EQ, has set a new standard in the electric compact class.
Amongst other things, the EQB leads with its flexible space – offering up room for seven passengers, or a maximum luggage capacity of 1,710 litres – meaning there is plenty of room for family constellations and a wide variety of transport needs. Whilst there is plenty of room on the inside, the EQB remains compact from the outside.
The exterior is a clear representation of Mercedes-EQ's Progressive Luxury, showcased in an edgy and characterful way, featuring the classic Mercedes-EQ black panel grille with central star, and the uninterrupted light strip at the front and rear forming yet another recognisable and distinctive design feature of Mercedes-EQ vehicles.
The new range will consist of front-wheel and all-wheel drive models, accompanied with various power ratings – some of which will exceed 200 kW – not forgetting the battery; with usable capacities starting from 66.5 kWh. A long-range model is also planned.
