Following in the footsteps of the Ceed, Kia’s biggest seller, the Crossover will be the fourth model to join the best-selling Ceed family, which includes the Ceed, Ceed Sportswagon and ProCeed.
The Crossover will make a statement in the growing SUV market coming in between the Sportage and Stonic, building on the features of the Ceed that consumers know and love.
When creating the all-new Ceed range many different body styles were explored by European designers, Gregory Guillaume, Vice President of Design for Kia Motors Europe, praises the new model “here’s another style, another type of vehicle, that we feel very strongly deserves to be a new member of the Ceed family. The design will be nothing like you’ve seen in the Ceed family so far. This will be the next big surprise from Kia.”
Kia’s new model will be revealed and named later this year, with pricing to follow.
It is expected to go on sale at the end of the year.
