Looking for help? We're on email!
We are here if you need us!
In response to the Goverment's announcement of a mandatory lockdown of all non-essential shops, we have taken the difficult decision to close our doors to the public. We would like to reassure all customers that our phone lines are still open and we are available to help online by live chat until 10pm. Urgent safety-related workshop appointments for NHS and Emergency Services employees only are available by request.
Our phone lines are open 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:00 on Saturday and 10:30-16:00 on Sunday.
Garage Workshop Services
Whilst some garage services are deemed essential, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone all non-essential service department appointments.
Our top priority is everyone’s safety both on and off the road and as such, we will retain a small technical support team in our vehicle workshops with the necessary distancing measures in place; this is with approval from the Government. With this in mind, we will be prioritising urgent essential work only.
Routine Servicing & Repair Appointments
All routine servicing and repair appointments are postponed and will be re-appointed in due course. You do not need to contact us, we will contact you at an appropriate point to re-schedule your booking.
Where possible, MOT appointments for vehicles due on or before 29th March will be honoured. However, if you are in self-isolation or in the vulnerable person category please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will postpone your appointment.
The Department for Transport is working with insurers and Police to make sure you are not unfairly penalised for not being able to get an MOT.
If your car or van MOT is due from 30th March onwards, you will be granted a six month extension. For example, if your MOT expires on 18th April, you will now have until 18th October to take and pass your MOT.
For postponed MOT appointments we will contact you at an appropriate point to re-schedule your booking. Please note, we are not taking any new MOT bookings at this moment in time.
