Welcome to our monthly round up of Team Success Stories! An overview of achievements and good news across JCT600!
Joseph Twigg recently attended the Outward Bound Trust and has been recognised by the instructors and Audi UK representatives as being one of the Shining Stars of the programme! They were really impressed with how passionate, spirited and driven Joseph was throughout the week. On behalf of Audi UK, we will be awarding and recognising Joseph Twigg for having the Audi Spirit.
Eddie Rhodes, Parts Manager, has completed 15 years of service.
Apprentices Chris Millar and Peter Rowe have been chosen for the Elite Group Programme, out of 1500 they were in the 24 selected, whilst also being nominated for the IMI Skill Auto competition.
Jaguar Land Rover
Oliver Chappell won technician of the month for March.
Sandra Corton, Vehicle Administrator, has completed 10 years of service.
Great team effort being rewarded on delivering outstanding customer service at Land Rover.
Matt Longley has achieved the Volkswagen UK Accreditation of attaining Master Technician status following his recent brand assessment.
John Fickling Head of Business commented;
“Matt joined Volkswagen Bradford in late 2014 and he has been an absolute pleasure to have in our team. He continually strives to challenge and stretch himself in every possible area, so it is no great surprise that he has developed in to a top ranking Master Technician … it is fully deserved and we are really proud of him”
A big well done to Jonny Milner and the team who received some excellent customer feedback:
“My mum would particularly wish to make you aware of Jonny Milner, front of house manager. His meticulous care and attention ensured that mum was completely looked after, even including breakfast!
“She would also like you to know that whilst there, she spent time observing the staff who gave care and consideration to all customers.”
Service Advisor Anna Daines and Licenced Technicican Matthew Longley also recieved some outstanding feedback:
"I felt Anna cared about customers and that everything has to be perfect so you feel part of something not just a someone"
"Matthew went through the fault explaining everything before he went inside, it was so nice he gave me the time of day and didn't fob me off to talk to the service reception, it’s better coming from the technician - what a great guy!
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
Excellent customer service from Service Advisor Harriet Crozier and Technician Nick Birch from when a customer came in with a problem and was about to go away on holiday in the vehicle. Harriet and Nick got everything sorted despite being fully booked. Well done to Harriet and Nick for going the extra mile!
