Delighted with the result of negotiations and then delivery of my sons new car all thanks to the professional and responsive approach of Marc (Banks). My son urgently needed to replace his car having added another offspring, so needed 3 ISOFIX seats. His choice was the VW Sharan. In just three days Marc arranged the deal we needed for the PX and I was travelling over the Hull to collect the car. Over a fresh cup of tea and a few jokes about the portacabins, we did the paperwork. Great car too - my son is delighted - he was baby minding (4 days old) so couldn't travel himself. I would like to say how organised and prepared Josh was for the appointment. He was polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the sales process. He is a very personable individual, and both myself and Husband felt very comfortable dealing with him. Our new car was ready very quickly, and the whole handover process was very personal and special. I am absolutely delighted with my new car. Josh rang me after a few days to ask about my new car and whether I had any questions or concerns. All in all, I have been extremely pleased with the sales experience from JCT600. Imran has been fantastic. As a general parent rule, if your children like someone, then they are a good person. My 2 year old daughter loved Imran. He even brought the toy car out for her to ride on. I felt comfortable at all times. He spoke openly and honestly and I loved the videos he sent to us.

This is my 4th Mercedes car from JCT600 Sheffield and I have always had very good service. My E 250 is very nice and Charlotte Easton who was the sales person has been very good and as we wanted light colour leather seats this was sorted out. The car looks stunning.
The reception staff are always very helpful.
