Matthew Addison took our call regarding a Peugeot 508 Allure. Due to the distance we were having to travel, Matthew sent us a video of the car pointing out the good and bad points on the car. Only two little chips. Great service very much appreciated.
We had too wait for the insurance to pay out, the car was more than we really wanted to pay, but tried to find another closer to home and cheaper.
Matthew kept us updated as to wether car was still for sale. Which we thought was great service on his behalf.
We did look at others that were less money, due to the distance we had to travel but in the end we gathered the cash together and phoned Matthew on the Sunday Morning, to ask if it could be reduced, he gave us a good price and we set off up the M1.
The service was done Mot he also did the tax online for us. The other employees that were present were very friendly and helpful also.
Sharon, I have since spoken to reception twice regarding info required etc. Sharon answered the phone she is also very efficient and friendly to talk to. Well done to Mathew and Sharon.
Matthew is a credit to your company, he told us he hadn't been at Jct600 long, and was really happy there, and that he was looking forward to progressing within the company.

A lovely atmosphere is present within the business. Just wish it had been earlier in the day and we could have looked at the area you are based in. And also the weather was dire, nearly got battered to bits driving home. But felt safe in my car I had just purchased.
