Had Mazda cars for the last twenty five years and decided it was time to down size. Never thought I'd come back to Ford but the Mazda 2 Volkswagon Polo and Toyota Yaris just did not appeal to me or my wife compared to the Fiesta. Looked in Sheffield Barnsley and Wakefield (and got pestered) then I saw this little beauty at JCT600 Leeds. Spoke with your sales rep Geoff Baird and asked if it could be moved to Wakefield nearer home, no problem we'll bring it to you at home at no cost. I was gobsmacked. I'm 37 miles away. Had a test drive a few days later, fell in love with the car and Geoff delivered the following Saturday. I could not believe the smooth transaction not having to leave home. Give the man a Rise 10/10 - thanks Geoff.

Today (15th January 2016) I took delivery of my Motability Volkswagan Passat Estate (Business SE). I ordered the car in July 2015 and the Motability Sales Executive Marc Banks took me under his wing. Marc and his colleagues are a dedicated sales team. They kept me informed every step of the way during the last 6 months. They are really a credit to the company, especially today when halfway through the hand over the computers went down. Marc and the team rose above it. All through the confusion I had a demonstration drive explaining various things in the car. On the way home I drove the car approximately 20 miles and I thought the car was excellent, it really is a dream car to drive. As I said previously Marc and his sales team are excellent. At the end of my contract I will certainly come back to VW - hopefully Marc and the team are still there and I will be certain of 100% professional service. When I left today Marc shook me by the hand and I said it has been a pleasure to work with such nice and professional people.

From our first to last impression our purchase experience was superb. 1. We made an advanced appointment and it was great to be met by our Sales Consultant (Philip Renishaw) with such a great welcome to the branch. From the first minute we were made to feel valued and very relaxed. We enjoyed the complementary refreshments during which we discussed our requirements and criteria. Philip was very attentive and able to clearly describe the model and purchase options available to us. 2. Following the initial conversation, we proceeded with our test drive, the fun bit!. It was a real plus to be able to test drive the exact Golf model and configuration that we were interested in. This was a very important aspect for us in the decision making process. We had been somewhat disappointed by other manufactures previously (not Volkswagen) as they were only able to offer a test drive in a generic model in their range; this makes it virtually impossible to imagine what the actual ownership experience would be and not helpful to confirm a purchase decision. I believe that most buyers would find the ability to test drive the specific car of their choice to be the most crucial aspect in making a positive decision. As we booked in advance, Philip had taken the necessary steps to ensure the car was spotless and ready to go on the day – it looked amazing. The test drive was very informative. Philip was highly knowledgeable about all technical aspects/features of the car and explained some of these prior to starting and also during the drive at relevant points. Perhaps most importantly, during the test drive we were actually allowed to enjoy the drive and not be hit with a backdrop of unnecessary distracting commentary – the quality of the car/drive speaks for itself – no additional words are required. Philip was superbly experienced and clearly recognises the unique value of this experience and power it has in supporting the decision making process. If only others we test drove with would learn the value that ‘silence speaks volumes’ also! 3. The deal. When purchase numbers were discussed we were made to feel completely at ease. We had outlined at the start what we wanted to try and achieve by changing our car. (1) better practicality and (2) lower monthly payments owing to a new baby arrival pending in March 2016. The initial offers placed to us were good, when I asked for an improved offer Philip and the Sales Manager really worked with us to get to a deal that we were happy with. We were given time to consider and deliberate the offer and we were put under no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Throughout the negotiations we continually felt that the team were working with us positively and that our business was import to the branch and the Volkswagen brand. All the information about the car specification, deal breakdown and finance options was very clear which made it really easy to make a positive decision. 4. The Communication. Very simple, superb. Philip confirmed the delivery date and kept me fully informed of the status via text, email and personal calls throughout the process. The pre-collection video sent on the day of pick-up was brilliant and great fun – we really enjoyed this and it provided reassurance that all was on track as planned and there was nothing to worry about. We also have had several follow up calls by Philip to ensure that we were still happy and all was OK with the car - great customer service! 5. The unveil. Totally amazing. This was by far the most enjoyable part of the purchase process and the most unexpected. We arrived on the day of collection with our car wrapped up under cover in the showroom with the words ‘I’m ready to go home now’ displayed. I was ready to take it home, I was that excited! This was a really nice touch and great way to present the new car to us. The unveiling was brilliant and we were able to get a video and pictures. The car was also immaculate. Being a current owner of four other Volkswagens: 1976 MK1, 1992 MK2, 1995 MK3 and 25th Anniversary MK4, I think deep down I always knew that I was going to purchase a Golf again. However, even though I love the Volkswagen brand and look at the Golf through rose tainted glasses, I must confess that the entire experience was superb from start to finish and exceeded my expectations. It is one that will not be forgotten as we make many new memories as a new young family in our new golf. In closing it would be wrong to give a special mention to Philip. I cannot recommend and thank him enough for the support he provided with our purchase – he is super and an excellent ambassador of the Volkswagen brand. Recommendation for Sales Consultant of the Year Award if such an award exists!

Evening, and do excuse my late response. On November 4th I purchased a new BMW 1 series 118D from your Bradford dealership and must say how impressed I was with the service offered by the dealership.

The test drive was great, and the sales rep whom delt with me, Rickie Holden - was fantastic - I found the vehicle on auto-trader and had to drive up from London to purchase the vehicle. From when I made enquiries about the vehicle through to the part exchange on my old 1 series and the purchase of my new car Rickie proved most helpful and professional and couldn't help enough. To which I since added a few extra packages on the vehicle which means I'm good to go on the roads for a good few years yet. Its great to feel a valued customer.

The dealership site itself is excellent, bright and welcoming and again everyone was very helpful. I would recommend BMW Bradford over my BMW Coopers who are my local London garage, any day. In terms of service Bradford are far superior.
