My SEAT Ibiza was given its 2 year service at JCT Menston and the car was collected as arranged. A video message was sent confirming the car had been given a clean bill of health, quickly followed by a phone call to sort out payment so the car could be delivered which it was. From the moment we arrived to waving us off, we were treated like royalty by all the staff at JCT600 VW Bradford, especially Gwenda who helped us relax with drinks, snacks, and a friendly manner. We have bought new cars on numerous occasions before, but this was special from JCT600 with cars personalised under wraps. Our salesman Steve Burt, was impeccable, polite, very helpful, and his manner was natural and honest, like a brother, which is rare these days. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience from ordering our car to collecting it, and Steve kept us up to date at every stage in between. There is a sense of a family theme going on here, and we had the pleasure of being introduced to the service manager, a very nice chap. All this and the best deal around, we'll definitely be back again.

The service we received from Thomas Hall and all the staff at Lincoln Audi with regard to our Motability purchase was first class. They made us feel welcome and the whole procedure from first visit to picking up the car was effortless. We were also kept informed of various stages of our purchase by telephone.

All in all, this was an excellent experience. Everything explained, time taken to explain the controls on the car. The salesman even paired my smartphone with the Bluetooth so we were connected as soon as we left the showroom.

Today I took delivery of a new RS3 and feel I must record my appreciation for the way that Reece Manterfield has dealt with me over the past two years.
I had been a Vauxhall customer for 22 years prior to walking into your showroom in March 2014 and at that time owned a 2 year old Astra 1.6 Turbo. I was looking to find something a bit more sporting but still needed to stay with a 5 door format, which Vauxhall could not offer, their VXR was only produced in the cramped GTC 3 door body.
Unlike my previous experiences at a dealership the first thing that Reece did was to sit down and listen to me, to understand what I had got and get a feel for what I wanted although he quickly realised that the S3 was my target. It was obvious immediately that he had very good product knowledge and an excellent approach to dealing with a prospective customer. After a quickly arranged test drive I configured the car, ordered it and took delivery on 31st May 2014
Having been in touch several times during May 2015 I again sat down with Reece on 23rd June and ordered the RS3 and I think this is where his qualities really began to shine through. I have never waited more than 12 weeks for delivery and it cannot have been easy for him to shepherd me through the 8 months it has taken to get the car. Throughout he kept me informed of progress and was always ready to speak to me and never tried to avoid awkward questions when they arose, as occasionally they did. It would have been very easy for him to have put me on the back burner as “deal done” but he did not.
Having assessed what sort of person I am, Reece was able to shift seamlessly from light hearted and friendly when appropriate to thorough professional when needed and we have developed a very good rapport as a result. He not only sold me two cars but instilled a feeling of confidence in the product and in the desire of Sheffield Audi to look after a customer before, during and after the purchasing process, all backed up by very courteous and attentive showroom and hosting staff.
I offer my thanks to you all at Audi Sheffield (JCT600) for an excellent and ongoing relationship.
