I have found the whole experience very exciting and enjoyable, from seeing my Audi configuration on the big screen in the showroom to a test drive in a car of similar type to the car of our choice, and after ordering our new Audi and keeping track of its progress. Andre Grell was excellent, knowledgeable and was able to answer questions we had, he kept us informed and kept his promise to phone me when he said he would to keep me up to date. He was always pleasant, friendly and cheerful, a pleasure to deal with. When we collected our new Audi, seeing it for the first time being unveiled was a nice touch, and the car itself, well, for 2 months I have been waiting with excitement and anticipation (I have never bought a brand new car before) and building up expectations, Did the car live up to them? I work as an IT Service Manager for a large UK retail organisation, so I'm probably more picky than most when it comes to service provision and putting the customer first. KIA Castleford (especially James Kester ton and Alex Wharton) provided me and my family with first class service recently when buying a second hand car. From the initial call following an online enquiry to handing over the keys, I was treated exceptionally well and nothing was too much trouble. Phone calls were returned, emails got replies and above all it was a really professional and friendly experience. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment some of your staff at the Bradford depot. The lady at reception was so helpful and the gentleman who served me was a credit to your company. The undercarriage had come loose in my car and I was expecting a hefty bill. The gent took my keys and said he’d sort it with such a fantastic helpful manner. Within ten minutes he had brought my car back fixed free of charge. He also filled my water bottle and sorted my tyre pressures which I didn’t even mention. He also advised me my service appointments were too frequent because of the huge mileage I do and altered my computer on my car all with a smile on his face. I work for the Consumer Protection Association and our members are advised on customer service I think I’ll send them to you for a lesson.
On a previous visit I dealt with another lad who was just as helpful.

I bought my new Audi from Lee Jones at Audi Grimsby and was so impressed with the excellent level of customer service I was given the whole way through, even after I had received my car. Within 10 minutes of enquiring about the car, I received a personal video walking me around the vehicle and a second email with all of the details about it. After short consideration, I put my deposit down. Even when Lee went away on holiday for a short while, I was kept well look after by his Manager Chris Page. Lee was quick an efficient and had arranged for the car to be hand delivered to my home address ready for when I got back from my holiday. He also rang 24 hours after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I’m surrounded by Audi dealerships but will most definitely be recommending Lee and his colleagues at Grimsby Audi to all of my friends and family and even myself in the future!
