Called to the Rotherham site, and met Andy Abbot on sales. I was tasked with finding the right car for myself and a colleague. I Picked two VWCC. I must say the level of service and customer support offered by Andy from start to finish was brilliant. Even on the day I picked the car up it was made such a special occasion. I am the driver of a Motability car (for my disabled son). We currently have a Citroen Grand Picasso and we wanted to see what seven seater cars were available as our main priority is getting a vehicle big enough to take his power wheelchair. The Motability expert - Judy Anderson has proved to be the most informed, pleasant and helpful person we have ever experienced in over 15 years of driving Motability cars despite having only been at the VW dealership a week. What she didn't know she found out immediately and fully explained the option of having a hoist fitted to take the wheelchair, which we knew nothing about having never having this option explained to us before. The result is that we looked no further - we have placed an order for the VW Sharan with a 4 way hoist fitted. I have never received such impressive service before and would not hesitate to recommend Judy to any of your Motability customers for her very friendly and completely efficient service.
