My whole experience from first inquiry through Carwow to speaking with Hassan and Neil was an absolute pleasure. They were very professional, listened to my requirements and found me the perfect solution. I travelled from Morpeth to Leeds because the service I received was well worth it. Hassan picked me up from the train station in Leeds and had a welcome breakfast for me and my farther, felt nothing was a problem. Neil went out of his way to find me the exact model I wanted and the service staff prepared a faultless car for me. We were made to feel very welcome by Neil and his staff and I will certainly return for my next car! Lots of nice touches like the Gardx cleaning kit in the boot, 1/4 tank of petrol, breakfast, pick up by Hassan, special floor mats and the unveiling of my new car in the showroom. It was an easy process despite being 110 miles from Leeds; Hassan sent me all the relevant information and documents as well as a video of him showing me my new car. Hassan answered all of my many questions in full and satisfactorily all the way through the sales process, he delivered exactly what he promised and more. I am very happy with JCT600 Mazda and my new car.

What a fantastic team you have at your Boston dealership. Our sales man was Alex Mills and he was nothing but friendly and helpful from the first time we stepped in to the showroom to the day we collected our vehicle. He kept us up to date with all that was happening, organised a car to come and collect us from home on the day of pick up.
