What a lovely experience I have received from the moment I enquired I was sent a lovely video detailing all about the car. John emailed me after he had even left the business for the evening giving me prices, updates and answering any enquiries that I had throughout the evening. I also received nearly a full tank of petrol! To which this was well received. Overall I have had a fantastic experience with JCT600 and would happily deal with these people again. Another fantastic customer service at Volkswagen Rotherham. I have purchased two new UP's over the past 4 years from Volkswagen Rotherham for myself and have been impressed by the dedication, friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly James Templeton who sold me the cars. Last year we purchased a new UP for my son from elsewhere and due to their poor customer service we were back at Rotherham within the year. My son has now traded in his UP for a Polo and James had guided him all the way through the purchase to make sure it was affordable and met his needs. He has also kept in regular contact with him during the purchasing and the delivery period. During that time my elder son needed a second hand car and had a tight budget, again James, along with Corin Ovendale (Showroom Manager) sorted him out within days. From start to finish, we had an excellent purchasing experience handled by Jonathan Wensley. We were initially disappointed to find the nearly new car we hoped to purchase was already sold. Jonathan offered us several alternatives but finding the right model and colour to please both myself and my son was challenging. Jonathan persisted in trying to find the right one for us. The brand new black 3-door FR Technology TSI 90 he came up with is pleasing on the eye and great to drive. It has everything we were hoping for and represents excellent value for money. The purchasing process was very smooth and we were regularly updated by phone about when the car would be ready. The location of JCT 600 at Menston is ideal for us and the whole ambience of the showroom, created by all of the staff, was a warm and welcoming one. No pressurised selling - such a relief!
