I picked up my car from Volkswagen Rotherham and could not be happier with the service I have received from everyone there especially my sales advisor Barry Lynch. The experience was excellent from the first time browsing to actually picking up my new Polo Beats, thank you to everyone at Volkswagen Rotherham you are all amazing, you’ve made a first time new car buyer very relaxed after what can only be described as abysmal service from other retailers. 10/10

My whole experience with JCT600 has been an absolute pleasure; Tracy and I were greeted by Jack Wilson, very smart, enthusiastic young man and on first impressions seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. This immediately made us feel like we were in good hands. He chatted to us for a while about what we were looking for and took us to see a car which he thought would be perfect for us and off we went for a test drive. Jack was talking to us the whole time about the car and was interested in what we did on a personal level. This made us feel very comfortable with him right from the start. The car was great and we decided we would like it. We had seen other cars but due to the hard work and the “non-pushy” attitude Jack gave us, we decided this was the one. The rest was in Jacks hands. We had a meeting with Alex (who was also very professional and made us feel valued and comfortable throughout) and signed for the car. After picking the car up we had a very minor issue.
