I've just had the most enjoyable car purchase experience ever at JCT600 Volkswagen Bradford where I took delivery of a lovely, used, Polo R Line [105PS]. My wonderful experience is due mainly to sales executive, James Redman, who provided the fullest information to me regarding the car, the Das Welt Auto programme, financing possibilities, insurance and delivery. Besides his technical ability James is also an extremely nice person so provides a really friendly encounter. James certainly went far beyond normal attention to detail, not least of which was when I asked him to check a few details on the car for me. Not only did he get back to me within a few minutes but he had made a brief video identifying the requested details. At delivery my car was revealed to me underneath a cover inside the showroom. Simply wonderful, a very special moment. The car was truly immaculate and amazingly well prepared. Besides James I was very well taken care of by the reception staff, and one lady in particular deserves special mention. As I entered the showroom door for delivery, I was met and personally greeted by a truly charming lady, Gwenda, "good morning Mr Barclay, James is waiting for you". I'd spoken to her by phone on several occasions when she had been really most helpful. However when we realised that the owner manuals were AWOL it was Gwenda who gave me her own car's manual for the radio system which was the same as mine. So I could drive away knowing how to operate the entertainment systems. Thank you Gwenda, you're a very special lady and a fine attribute to JCT600 Volkswagen Bradford. Now I've been enjoying my new car for a week and after 472 miles the car is everything I wished for. Thank you very much JCT600, James and Gwenda. Please note - This is my second purchase from JCT600 within a year!
