When I booked in he was very helpful and emailed me the address of the dealership. After the service he showed me out to my car and made sure everything was ok. I dealt with Rick Young and Ben Winter at JCT600 VW dealership Bradford. They were brilliant throughout the whole process of buying the car. They explained everything every step of the way; Ben even called at my house on his way home after his shift so that I could sign the necessary paperwork so as to not hold up the sale and to enable me to take receivership of the car as soon as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely go back again. I love my new car, Ben took time to talk me through the workings of the car before leaving the garage.

I have had a VW for the last 26 years and can honestly say I have never been treated so well as this time. I have been looked after by Calvin Parker who told me he was quite new to the role, but what a friendly and helpful young man he was. Next James Billam helped with the purchase and again he explained that as the business manager he didn't usually sell the cars but as the garage was very busy and he didn't want to keep me waiting he would finalise the deal. At last a salesman who showed the true breakdown of the deal and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want!!! Then finally Andrew Parker whom I saw when I went to collect the car, again so pleasant and took the time to explain the blue motion to me. From the man in the car park directing the traffic to the receptionist and the service manager nothing has been too much trouble. The VW product has always been the best but sadly not all the garages selling it have been, but at last I have found one that is. Thank you to the whole team who made it so easy and enjoyable.
