Very good experience, staff were very helpful, very polite and smart looking, with plenty of confidence, and able to clearly answer any questions. The sales staff were very helpful and patient in helping me chose the correct vehicle, which suited my needs. I did initially expect to replace my ageing hatchback with a newer hatchback, but after looking at many different cars, was eventually persuaded to go for a saloon (Passat Executive) a lovely car. It's worth a visit to the showroom even if it's just to sample the coffee and biscuits. Excellent service, which I hope continues through the after sales.

I have had a very good experience through JCT600 VW. I ordered a new Polo quite a while since and I finally picked it up on Friday 24th April. This was not the fault of the garage; they kept me informed all the way. Because 5 door Polos come from South Africa it was a fair wait, but well worth it. When I went to pick up my car it was a wonderful experience I felt as if I was the most important lady in the garage that afternoon. My car was covered up so I didn't see it at first, but when Steven took me over I was so excited, my name was on a board to welcome me to my new car and it had a big pink bow on it, I felt so special. I also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and Steven even did a video for me of my new car. I will certainly use JCT600 again when I need to change my car. I cannot praise the garage enough and my new car is perfect and better than I expected. Thank you once again Steven for looking after me so well it was very much appreciated.

Took my Corsa VXR to Shipley Service centre when it lost power at higher revs. The staff (Mike/Shaz) were friendly and helpful. However after I collected the car, it developed the problem again. I went down and Shaz took the car for a test drive straight away to see the problem for himself. JCT600 contacted Vauxhall to find out more information about the problem. I called Danny Moore on the Thursday from my home town in Spain. I gave Danny the details of the vehicle we were looking to purchase for my daughter. Danny promptly forwarded me the options they had within their group. One of the options sounded exactly right. I asked for Danny to confirm the condition of the vehicle, terms of sale and collection details. This was dealt with without delay and left me in a position to be able to make an offer. Liaising with his manager and myself we brokered a satisfactory deal and made arrangements for the vehicle to be collected by my daughter 2 days later. During all this process I was kept fully informed by Danny as each process passed. On collection day, the vehicle was AS DESCRIBED & READY FOR COLLECTION ON TIME!! My last minute request of a bouquet of flowers was met without problem. My daughter was thrilled with her car and of course the flowers. STRAIGHT FORWARD, HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, ACCOMMODATING. I recently made a phone enquiry about a Mazda CX-5 with the Bradford branch of JCT600. I was dealt with by a salesman called Karl Johnson. Over the course of maybe a week, I had a number of calls with Karl about the Mazda. I didn't purchase the car in the end but the level service I received from Karl was outstanding. He is one of the rare group of sales people who don't put you under pressure and make you feel you have to buy just because you've made an enquiry. If he said he had to check something out and would get back to me, he did. If he told me he would ring me at 9 o clock the next day, he did. I just wanted to tell you about my experience that I have had whilst dealing with Chris Sugden. Chris sold me my current car whilst coming in to my place of work (Greggs) at dinner time and managed to persuade me into buying a new Polo. Chris contacted me last week asking me if I wanted to change my car and look at a new one. Because I have my car on finance I didn't think it was going to be viable but I went for a chat anyway. My dream car has always being a Herbie (Beetle) and after telling Chris this he immediately mentioned a Beetle Cabriolet that you had in your showroom...
