Absolutely perfect service at Mazda in Leeds. Richard Miller is an asset to JCT600. We came from North Wales to purchase a BMW convertible. He was fabulous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and the first dealership we have been to where there was no pressure at all. All the staff were very friendly. It was an absolute pleasure to go to Leeds and buy from JCT600 with 100% in the service provided and indeed the car. Delighted. Our son will be looking to change his car soon and will most definitely be heading back to Leeds.

My mother needed to down size her Golf after the death of my father. We had a very professional adviser in Mark Jackson, who successfully specified and located a VW up, which meets my mothers exact requirements. We bought my wife's new SEAT Ibiza from this dealership. After trying a number of other car types and dealerships, SEAT Bradford was like a breath of fresh air, no pushy salesmen, we were given plenty of time to look round and the salesmen were very knowledgeable about the product. I was looking for a new car and I came across a site called Carwow. I entered my requirements into Carwow and Alex Wharton from the York VW dealership gave me a quote for my new car this was £3000 off the retail price. I arranged to meet Alex and had a test drive in their demo Golf GTD. I loved the car and went away to think about it, Alex was not a pushy typical car sales man he was extremely friendly and very approachable. He left me to think about it and I contacted him soon after as discussed, Alex had told me they would have to order the car from VW in Germany as they didn't have what I wanted anywhere in stock. Alex did tell me they had a car on order that they could spec change and I would receive my car earlier. I paid my £500 deposit over the phone and the order was placed. VW give you an order number so you can check on the progress of your car. My order was placed on the 14/02/15 with an expected date of middle of May 2015. Alex and I kept in touch and he would always respond to my emails about the car and where it was in relation to what VW were saying. My car arrive the week commencing 20/04/15 and Alex phoned me to arrange collection. The only day I had available was Monday the 27th April, Alex was not working this day, but he arranged to have his colleague Joe Reid deal with me, Joe was also excellent and made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and knowledgeable about VW products. I Picked my car up yesterday and I am extremely pleased with the car and the people I have dealt with at JCT600 York (also not forgetting Rowena who explained Gap insurance etc) Thanks to ALEX WHARTON, JOE REID and ROWENA you have made my car purchase an extremely pleasurable one I would recommend all of you to my friends and work colleagues.

I recently made a phone call to Audi Grimsby just to enquire about a new A5 and was dealt with by the salesman called Stuart Cresswell. Then after a few emails and various phone calls, I collected my car seven days later. All within the week Stuart had arranged for the car to be collected from another dealership and brought back to Grimsby and ready for the road. When I arrived to collect the car it was all ready and Stuart couldn't do enough for me and the car looked GREAT, would definitely go back to Audi Grimsby.
