I was extremely pleased with my total buying experience. We needed to replace our much loved, extremely reliable but now very aged and somewhat sick Volvo estate before it died totally. Looking at possible options I noticed on your website a vehicle that I really liked the look of, but was not expecting to be able to afford in the light of current financial commitments to major expenditure on my property portfolio. The sales executive offered me a very good finance deal, so good I knew we would have no problem with the repayments, and a test drive convinced me this was the car for us. The car was prepared for us promptly. On collection at the showroom I received a comprehensive guide to the vehicle, all the features and assisted in arranging the settings I wanted. We tend to keep our vehicles for quite a long time, so we may not be back for a replacement for quite a while, but this would confirm that the vehicle is the right one for us and I am sure we will be back when eventually it is time for a replacement.
