I wanted to give some feedback regarding my experience when I collected my new car today from Chris Sugden. The service has been immense!!! Chris went through all the controls of the car with me and then he even helped take my granddaughter's car seat out of my old car and put it in the new one. My granddaughter was getting a little bit restless throughout the time there, so Chris went and got some sweets for her which helped put a smile on her face. All the staff have been welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Thank you JCT600 and of course Chris.

Myself and my partner Tony have owned Mazdas over the past 6 to 8 years and have always been impressed with Mazda and the Leeds dealership, so we decided to call in on May day as I was looking to change my 59 plate Mazda3 saloon which I bought new from Leeds. When we arrived we were met by Richard Miller, one of your sales executives. Richard asked us what we were looking for and we sat down to discuss our options. I wanted the new Mazda3 saloon in white but just our luck, there wasn't one in the country, let alone on the forecourt. Richard said he could get me one no problem and I agreed and left a deposit with him. Richard made some phone calls and spoke with his manager and sourced me a Mazda3 2.0 Sport Saloon in Snowflake White. Richard kept me informed all the way through the process and was so professional and helpful right up to handing the keys over. Both Tony and myself were so impressed with him as nothing was too much trouble and his politeness and personality was second to none. We have given him 10/10 and would return to JCT600 Mazda Leeds without hesitation based on our experience and once again, THANKS RICHARD!!

This was my second VW from JCT600 Sheffield. I have to say that the staff were excellent to deal with. The salesman Luke Sheard was friendly, not pushy and extremely conscientious throughout. When issues or problems came up he was extremely reliable and quick to sort them out and so far would be happy to return there in the future. One issue I would raise is the customer satisfaction survey emailed to us. It has a short expiry date. This was an issue with both VW and Audi. When you are busy with work and life in general and not glued to your email constantly it is easy to miss these surveys in time and despite emailing the survey company they could not reissue it. This seems an opportunity lost to achieve genuine feedback.

I had been browsing for a while and after going into the showroom and having a look around I was introduced to Rob Burley. He was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I am not one for impulse decisions and he gave me my thinking time, very important. I spent quite a lot of time on the configurator choosing my bespoke car and visited the showroom a further 2 times before making the decision to purchase. Rob was able to answer my queries, offer advice when required and always welcomed with a coffee. Once the decision was made he kept in touch regularly with the cars progress until the day arrived when it was at the garage. Because I wanted to try and sell my own car, he allowed me that time to successfully sell it within 10 days making the cost of the car even more desirable. During my visits I also chatted with Paul the manager who offered great service and a great deal. The whole team in the garage are friendly, approachable and there is a great buzz about the place. After owning a Audi TT 5 years ago and then buying a BMW 1 series, I am now back with Audi, enjoying the driving experience I love. My A1 is brilliant, so much fun and I love it!! Thanks to Rob and the team for the great service throughout.

Regarding the purchase of my approved used vehicle from Audi in Hull, which is the first Audi I have owned. I must say that I was very impressed and I would like to make this point that the salesman Mike James was very very helpful and accommodating towards me.
