I recently visited JCT600 Wakefield and purchased a Golf R Line. From start to finish I was made to feel so welcomed by the receptionist staff and Glenn my sales executive. I never felt pushed into a sale and when I was ready to sign the papers and buy I felt comfortable that I had made the right decision. Everything on my car was pointed out to me and I was told what did what. All appointments from test driving my car, to signing the papers, to picking up my car were at a time that suited me. I felt like a valued customer. Before I went to pick up my car I received a personalised video of it, and I even got to drive it out of the showroom. Overall I'm extremely happy with the standard of service I received and will definitely be recommending anyone who wants a Volkswagen to go to JCT600 Wakefield.

My wife and I visited Audi Hull just out of curiosity and on recommendation from my father-in-law (who bought his Audi from you a couple of years ago). We were welcomed by a lovely lady on reception who supplied us both with great service and coffee! I told her that I would like to speak to someone about some deals - after a minute or so, a guy called Chris Hall came across and after asking what car I had thought about, had a look on the database for any potential deals. He was extremely thorough, professional and did everything in his power to get me the deal, as I told him what my budget was. After seeing this car on the database we went outside and had a look at it and I was very impressed. Chris asked if we'd like to go for a test drive - which I obliged to! After the drive and returning to the showroom, in my eyes the deal was done. Chris asked my thoughts and I said "if you could get me this car for that price we have a deal", so he went to his boss and that was that...I picked the car up 4 days later! I can't recommend Chris Hall or JCT600 enough, and will definitely be back when I upgrade in a couple of years!
