We found a car on the website which matched the criteria we had been searching for. We then called the dealer and spoke to Joe Hollings to arrange a viewing of the car. We received a follow up call the day before this to confirm that the date and time still suited us. Upon our arrival we were greeted in a relaxed way and there was no sales pressure or unprofessionalism shown by Joe. Joe was professional and his customer service was faultless. We decided to go ahead with the purchase. After having a drive in the car and giving confirmation that we would be purchasing the car a date was arranged for handover. Again the day before we had a courtesy call from Joe to see if this was still suitable and convenient for us. On the day of purchase we were greeted by both the receptionist and Joe in a warmly manner. A very professional garage from start to finish and having purchased many cars over the years possibly the best experience to date.

Overall the experience was fantastic. I am very pleased with the car and the sales executive, Glen Saxton.
