Our founder, Jack Tordoff, always says that if you put customers first then they will do the same for you, which is why we encourage all of our customers to share feedback regarding any aspect of our service level. Whether positive or negative, please use the links below.

We recognise that sometimes not everything goes as smoothly as you, or we, would like but in these rare instances, we will do all we can to resolve any concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.

Who should I contact?

Each JCT600 branch operates as an independent business within our organisation. Therefore, the Head of Business responsible for the site should be your first point of contact. Please see the dealership page for details.

In the unlikely event that the Head of Business is unable to resolve the issue, or if you feel that your complaint requires further attention, each division has a Brand Director. Details can be found on each brand pages.

Should we be unable to reach an agreement and resolve your complaint via our internal procedures, you may refer your complaint to a dispute resolution provider (known as ADR). To find out more, please click here.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are passionate about customer service, so much so that we survey each of our customers to determine satisfaction levels to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. We use the feedback from our surveys for ongoing improvements to our customer care and services across our dealerships. We also ask that you share your comments with other customers by way of Google business reviews or social media reviews.

I had placed a request with a local supplier in Kent, to purchase a Volkswagen Scirocco for me. He searched around and found a vehicle to match my specification at JCT600 in Bradford. Until then, I had not even heard of JCT600. It was not just the quality of the vehicle that impressed me, but the little unexpected niceties: I had not asked for one, but I received a video of the vehicle, inside and outside, prior to collection; I was greeted by Michael Chang by email and felt throughout that I was dealing with a caring and attentive supplier. I was promised an additional key fob and this was duly sent me when JCT600 had receipt of it. JCT600 also accepted the charges for synchronising the fob (something that has to be done for the fob to activate the vehicle locks). I cannot recommend JCT600 highly enough for the excellent service and customer care they provide, particularly that of Michael Chan.
