Our founder, Jack Tordoff, always says that if you put customers first then they will do the same for you, which is why we encourage all of our customers to share feedback regarding any aspect of our service level. Whether positive or negative, please use the links below.

We recognise that sometimes not everything goes as smoothly as you, or we, would like but in these rare instances, we will do all we can to resolve any concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.

Who should I contact?

Each JCT600 branch operates as an independent business within our organisation. Therefore, the Head of Business responsible for the site should be your first point of contact. Please see the dealership page for details.

In the unlikely event that the Head of Business is unable to resolve the issue, or if you feel that your complaint requires further attention, each division has a Brand Director. Details can be found on each brand pages.

Should we be unable to reach an agreement and resolve your complaint via our internal procedures, you may refer your complaint to a dispute resolution provider (known as ADR). To find out more, please click here.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are passionate about customer service, so much so that we survey each of our customers to determine satisfaction levels to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. We use the feedback from our surveys for ongoing improvements to our customer care and services across our dealerships. We also ask that you share your comments with other customers by way of Google business reviews or social media reviews.

JCT600 Vauxhall Bradford were great because after looking for the car I wanted I eventually found one at this dealership. I buy a new car every three years and never left feedback but there are qualities about Steve Thompson and Volkswagen Bradford which made my experience exceptional that I simply must share. During the start of my purchase, Steve offered me lots of balanced advice in helping me to weigh up the right car for me. He gave me fantastic advice on the extras available and those that would be relevant to me. Furthermore, the staff at Volkswagen would always offer a drink and also offer to bring it to the table to make it easy for me as I use crutches. They also offered colouring books to the kids and had a PlayStation which made any waiting fun for the kids. As there would be an almost two month wait for the Golf 7.5, Steve regularly kept me informed on the progress which was key as I was really excited and Steve definitely kept this alive with his regular progress updates. Steve also made amendments to my order without making me feel like a pain for changing my mind again and again. Steve also went out of his way and would respond to texts and calls no matter what the time including his days off! Now that's commitment! Once the car arrived he sent me videos on the progress which I shared with friends and family which made the experience of getting a new car a shared one.
