We recognise that sometimes not everything goes as smoothly as you, or we, would like but in these rare instances, we will do all we can to resolve any concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.

Who should I contact?

Each JCT600 branch operates as an independent business within our organisation. Therefore, the Head of Business responsible for the site should be your first point of contact. Please see the dealership page for details.

In the unlikely event that the Head of Business is unable to resolve the issue, or if you feel that your complaint requires further attention, each division has a Brand Director. Details can be found on each brand pages.

Should we be unable to reach an agreement and resolve your complaint via our internal procedures, you may refer your complaint to a dispute resolution provider (known as ADR). To find out more, please click here.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are passionate about customer service, so much so that we survey each of our customers to determine satisfaction levels to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. We use the feedback from our surveys for ongoing improvements to our customer care and services across our dealerships. We also ask that you share your comments with other customers by way of Google business reviews or social media reviews.

I had been round a few dealersships before I came to Priceright Rawdon. The sales assistant who is called Alex Wharton was pleasant and polite and extremely helpful. I know this sound as though this is how you would expect a sales person to be but like I said, I had visited a few before and I found their sales people far from this. Alex was great and not only sorted out the best financial deal he took time to ring and follow up and check every thing was ok, regarding the deal. I was looking to buy a car any way but he made the experience enjoyable and comfortable, with out feeling under pressure to buy. Through this experience not only would I buy more cars from you but also would recommend to friends and family. What a great sales person you have!, P.s I would not normally fill something like this in, so that's how much I thought of salesman.

A week ago I left a complaint on this site about my experience with BMW service and I have to say I am impressed with the speed at which both the JCT600 head office and the Gordon the dealer principle dealt with the issue. Both Gordon and Simon went out of their way to recover my lost faith in the JCT600 experience and make me feel valued as customer, no one gets things right all the time but the true mark of good customer service is how you put things right when they fall down. Head office should say well done to Gordon & Simon because they were so good that I didn’t take my custom elsewhere and have placed an order for a new 3 series convertible. I hope other customers will find this feedback useful.

I am very happy with the price given me for my part exchange and came away with exactly what I was looking for plus a few extras. I have just bought yet another car from JCT600. This time I saw a nice B class Mercedes-Benz, asked about the car and details of a part exchange on my current car. Right from the moment of the first contact with the team at your PriceRight dealership at Rawdon in Leeds it has been a fantastic experience. I was initially concerned the car was slightly underpowered so I asked Gareth the General Manager if I could take the car for an extended test drive to really get the feel for the car. There was no problems and I really did feel like a valued customer. Well Done Gareth, this little bit of customer care guaranteed the sale. I felt I had become a friend of the guys rather than just a customer, which is an incredible experience when you are spending a lot of hard earned cash on a car. All in all in this hard economic climate when businesses could be awkward and pushy I did not feel under any real pressure, although they did try hard, very hard to up sell products. Fantastic service, great product. Very proffesional attitude. Every detail was taken care of and it was all Oh so easy. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
