We're Here To Help

Looking for help? We're here for you.

Following the Government's latest announcement of new lockdown measures, our showroom doors are once again closed.

However, we continue to be open online! You can reserve and buy online for home delivery. Our vehicle servicing, parts and repair centres continue to be fully open and operational, by appointment only.

That means that customers with existing service, MOT or repair appointments will still go ahead, and for customers whose vehicles require attention or parts, we are still taking bookings. Just visit jct600.co.uk/service-booking

If you are attending a service, repair or MOT appointment at one of our dealerships, the current law dictates that you must wear a face covering unless you are exempt. Every one of our colleagues will also be wearing a face covering, both inside and outside our premises. That includes colleagues working in our dealerships, parts and service counters, valet bays and workshops.

For your safety and for the safety of our colleagues, appointments for servicing continue to be essential so that we can safely manage the number of people in and around our dealerships and workshops. Appointments must also be attended by a maximum of two guests.

Although our showrooms are physically closed for sales, our remote Sales teams continue to be available, so don't delay if you're ready to buy! Contact us via live chat, email or phone, and we'll be delighted to find a date and time that suits you.

If you are looking for a new vehicle

Our sales teams will be available to help you either by telephone, email or live chat as usual. If you’ve discovered your dream vehicle online, you can take advantage of our online reservation service.  What's more, we also offer home delivery.

In the meantime, you must keep your vehicle safe to drive; please visit Gov.uk for more information and guidance on keeping your vehicle legally safe.

To assist our colleagues carry out our thorough sanitisation process efficiently and effectively, please remember to remove all personal effects from the vehicle prior to drop off.
