We are delighted to let you know that our showroom doors are officially open!  And, they will stay propped open during our new extended hours as just one of our many new safety measures.  

Our up to date opening hours can be found at the bottom of this page; for details of locally extended opening hours please contact your preferred retailer.


For your safety and that of our colleagues, appointments are absolutely necessary for both sales and service in order that we can safely limit the number of people in our showrooms and workshops, they will also be restricted to a maximum of two guests per appointment. The good news is that we’ve extended our opening hours to maximise availability.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to take the difficult decision to close our refreshment centres and customer lounges for the immediate future; customers will no longer be able to wait on our premises during service appointments. Of course, we hope to be able to re-open these services eventually and we trust you understand that this is purely with everybody’s safety in mind.

If you are looking for a new vehicle

Our sales teams will be available to help you either by telephone, email or live chat as usual. If you’ve seen a vehicle you really like the look of, you can take advantage of our online reservation service.  What's more, we can now offer contactless collection from store or home delivery.

If you wish to view a vehicle in store we would love to welcome you along, but please remember that appointments are mandatory and will be limited to two guests in order that we can effectively manage social distancing for the safety of all customers and colleagues. For full details of all new safety procedures please visit our blog.

Garage Workshop Services & Service Department Safety

Our workshop services are open and we are taking appointments for all routine servicing, MOT and repairs.  We have introduced a number of new measures which have enabled us to re-open our workshops safely: contactless handover, thorough vehicle sanitisation processes, personal and vehicle protective equipment, timed-appointments and revised layouts to ensure we guarantee effective social distancing. For full details of all new safety procedures please visit our blog.

Postponed Appointments
With these measures now in place, our teams are actively contacting customers who have had an appointment postponed so if you are an existing customer, with either an overdue or upcoming service or MOT, please look out for a phone call or text message from our team inviting you to re-book your service, MOT or repair appointment. 

MOT Appointments

We are now contacting customers with postponed MOT appointments to re-schedule your booking. Please note, we expect demand to be high so please do not delay your appointment if possible. In the meantime, you must keep your vehicle safe to drive; please visit Gov.uk for more information and guidance on keeping your vehicle legally safe.

If your car or van MOT is due from 30th March onwards, you will be granted a six month extension. For example, if your MOT expires on 18th April, you will now have until 18th October to take and pass your MOT.  Please visit Gov.uk for the latest guidance on the MOT extension.  

If you have a vehicle on order and are awaiting delivery

Stock Vehicle Orders
They say ‘The best things come to those who wait’ but we appreciate this is not ketchup and you’re probably really keen to get behind the wheel of your new vehicle.  We hope to be able to deliver all stock vehicle orders as soon as possible by contactless collection or our new home delivery service. 

Contactless Home Delivery
With immediate effect we can now offer a contactless home delivery for vehicles on order.

We will fully sanitise your vehicle and deliver it to your door by transporter, with contactless handover from a JCT600 colleague. Alternatively you can now take contactless collection from store by appointment.  We have introduced both personal and vehicle protective equipment for maximum safety. Please contact your supplying JCT600 retailer if you would like to request a collection or home delivery appointment. 

All vehicle deliveries will be by appointment only and this will assist us in operating within our social distancing policies.

Factory Orders
If your vehicle was on factory order, it may be that your delivery time-frame has been affected by the broader impact of International lockdowns and supply-chain disruptions.
Please contact your supplying JCT600 retailer who will be able to answer any queries regarding vehicles on order.

If you have a vehicle which you are part-exchanging please be assured that, assuming there has been no significant increase in mileage, the value agreed will be held. When the time comes for you to take delivery of your new vehicle, you will need to bring with you the V5 (registration document), the spare keys, MOT certificate, service history and the locking wheel nut key (if fitted) of your part exchange so if you’re not sure where they are, now may be a good time to have a look around.

Finance-Related Queries

If you have questions relating to the finance on your vehicle - whether you are coming towards the end of your term and are unsure what to do next, or you would like to talk to your lender about a payment holiday - you should contact the appropriate finance house.

Finance Review Appointments
Some finance houses are experiencing high volumes of enquiries; should you have any difficulty contacting your lender or if you have any financial planning concerns at all, you can arrange a finance review appointment over the phone or by video call and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your options and help to find the solution that’s right for you.
