As the latest Government guidance allows us to take steps back towards normality, we’re doing everything we can to make sure every single JCT600 customers feels comfortable shopping with us.

Face coverings are no longer mandatory, but if you’re not exempt, we’d encourage you to wear one if you’re inside one of our dealerships or speaking with one of our colleagues. If you’d prefer not to, that’s totally fine – we won’t turn you away!

Showrooms will still have plenty of space around vehicles to browse and chat, and we’ll continue to take steps in non-customer-facing areas to make sure our colleagues are kept safe too.

As always, you can make an appointment by contacting your local JCT600 retailer directly, or you can visit simply by popping in when it's convenient for you. Handshakes might still be a bit tricky, but we'll be sure to give you the usual warm JCT600 welcome. We can't wait to see you!

While our showrooms are physically open, we know that lots of our customers are still comfy at home. That's fine too! We continue to be fully open online, and every bit of the car-buying journey is now available through the JCT600 website.

Appointments

For your safety and for the safety of our colleagues, it's still best to make an appointment for servicing, so that we can safely manage the number of people in and around our dealerships and workshops. Appointments must also be attended by a maximum of two people.

Garage Workshop Services & Service Department Safety

Our workshop services are fully open, and we are taking appointments for all routine servicing, MOT, repairs and parts. We have a number of new measures which have enabled us to run our workshops safely, such as contactless handover, thorough vehicle sanitisation processes, personal and vehicle protective equipment, timed-appointments and revised layouts to ensure we guarantee effective social distancing.

Postponed Appointments

Our teams continue to contact customers who have had an appointment previously postponed. If you are an existing customer, with either an overdue or upcoming service or MOT, please look out for an email, phone call or text message from our team inviting you to re-book your service, MOT or repair appointment.

If you have a vehicle on order and are awaiting delivery

Stock Vehicle Orders

If you have a vehicle on order, we totally appreciate you'll be really keen to get behind the wheel of your new vehicle. We hope to be able to deliver all stock vehicle orders as soon as possible through our home delivery service.

Contactless Home Delivery

We're delighted to be able to continue to offer contactless home delivery for vehicles on order.

We will fully sanitise your vehicle and deliver it to your door by transporter, with contactless handover from a JCT600 colleague. Alternatively you can also collect from store. We have introduced both personal and vehicle protective equipment for maximum safety. Please contact your supplying JCT600 retailer if you would like to request a collection or home delivery for your vehicle purchase.


All vehicle home deliveries will be strictly by appointment only, assisting us in operating within our social distancing policies during lockdown.

Factory Orders
If your vehicle was on factory order, it may be that your delivery timeframe has been affected by the broader impact of international lockdowns and supply-chain disruptions.

Please contact your supplying JCT600 retailer who will be able to answer any queries regarding vehicles on order.

Part-Exchange
If you have a vehicle which you are part-exchanging please be assured that, assuming there has been no significant increase in mileage, the value agreed will be held. When the time comes for you to take delivery of your new vehicle, you will need to bring with you the V5 (registration document), the spare keys, MOT certificate, service history and the locking wheel nut key (if fitted) of your part exchange so if you’re not sure where they are, now may be a good time to have a look around.

Finance-Related Queries

If you have questions relating to the finance on your vehicle - whether you are coming towards the end of your term and are unsure what to do next, or you would like to talk to your lender about a payment holiday - you should contact the appropriate finance house.

Finance Review Appointments
Some finance houses are experiencing high volumes of enquiries; should you have any difficulty contacting your lender or if you have any financial planning concerns at all, you can arrange a finance review appointment over the phone or by video call and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your options and help to find the solution that’s right for you.
