Stock Vehicle Orders
They say ‘The best things come to those who wait’ but we appreciate this is not ketchup and you’re probably really keen to get behind the wheel of your new vehicle. We hope to be able to deliver all stock vehicle orders as soon as possible by contactless collection or our new home delivery service.
Contactless Home Delivery
With immediate effect we can now offer a contactless home delivery for vehicles on order.
We will fully sanitise your vehicle and deliver it to your door by transporter, with contactless handover from a JCT600 colleague. Alternatively you can now take contactless collection from store by appointment. We have introduced both personal and vehicle protective equipment for maximum safety. Please contact your supplying JCT600 retailer if you would like to request a collection or home delivery appointment.
All vehicle deliveries will be by appointment only and this will assist us in operating within our social distancing policies.
If your vehicle was on factory order, it may be that your delivery time-frame has been affected by the broader impact of International lockdowns and supply-chain disruptions.
Please contact your supplying JCT600 retailer who will be able to answer any queries regarding vehicles on order.
If you have a vehicle which you are part-exchanging please be assured that, assuming there has been no significant increase in mileage, the value agreed will be held. When the time comes for you to take delivery of your new vehicle, you will need to bring with you the V5 (registration document), the spare keys, MOT certificate, service history and the locking wheel nut key (if fitted) of your part exchange so if you’re not sure where they are, now may be a good time to have a look around.
