We believe that every member of the JCT600 team deserves the best possible training and development plan to ensure they reach their full potential and succeed to the highest possible level.
Our training begins with an induction programme to help all new colleagues settle in to their new role and to quickly become effective in their position. This includes a local site induction and may also include a brand specific induction programme.
We provide various training courses carefully derived to ensure we deliver the best retail experience for customers, covering both the sales and aftersales side of the business, along with role specific training and Management Masterclasses, such as our First Line Leader Training programme focusing on exceptional leadership and the key skills required for effective management.
Colleagues who demonstrate outstanding values, attitude and approach are often nominated by their managers for our WIRED Programme which provides a structured career path plan with the company’s support and includes attending events with inspirational speakers such as Brian Steel, Olympic Cyclist who recently talked to our WIRED colleagues about the importance of having goals, and cycling to success!
