At 4.4 metres long the Grandland X is 20 centimetres longer than its fellow X models – the Mokka and Crossland – which allows for more storage space. With a raised ride height, the driver and passengers get an elevated view of the road.
Also coming with the latest in the brand’s safety technologies, such as automatic emergency braking and driver drowsiness alert, the Grandland X is looking to lead the line for Vauxhall’s ever-growing SUV line-up.
From the outside you can tell the Grandland X is built to be a hardy SUV, with a strong posture from the front and chunky wheel arches helping to give a rugged appeal. This is matched with protective cladding on the lower portion, fitting-in with the character of the vehicle.
The Grandland X has been given a simplified cockpit layout; fitted with the brand’s latest IntelliLink infotainment system with touchscreen interface and Vauxhall OnStar service assistant. Both Apple and Android smartphones can be easily connected with Bluetooth and has the option of an inductive charging dock for wireless charging.
Other technologies, such as adaptive LED headlights, adaptive cruise control and advanced park assist can also be fitted to the Grandland X.
