We know money can be a source for worry, so it’s important to be in control wherever possible. Talk to us as soon as you can about booking a confidential and secure Finance Review with one of our experts, and they’ll be able to give you the best advice regarding your finance.
They’ll also be able to talk to you about financial planning, and the flexible options we’re introducing to help you best manage your car finance.
My finance agreement is ending soon, and I’d like to know my options. What should I do?
If your agreement is ending in the coming weeks or months, you may receive a call from a member of the team about your options, one of which will be moving to a new vehicle.
If you want to get ahead and get in touch with us instead, that’s fine too! Just get in touch with the dealership you bought your car from originally, a member of the team there will be able to answer any questions you have and run through your options.
We know, for a lot of people, a big part of the new car experience is going to the showroom and browsing. We’d still be delighted to welcome you into the showroom, of course, but you will need to book a timed appointment. In other words, for the foreseeable future, you won’t be able to just ‘walk in’, but we have extended opening hours to maximise appointment availability.
If you make an appointment, a member of the Sales team will meet with you, and can even arrange a private vehicle viewing if there’s a model you’ve already got you eye on. These measures will help us to make sure both customers and colleagues can practise social distancing at all times.
