Buying a car starts with looking for a car, and we know that may be easier said than done at the moment. At JCT600, you can still browse every vehicle in stock on our website, and every vehicle listed has detailed imagery and specs, so you can start to get a feel for what you want most from your next purchase.
Just like always, you can chat online to one of our friendly advisors to ask questions about any of our vehicles, and that’s still available until 10pm.
If you’d like to see more of a particular vehicle, you can request a personalised vehicle video, and you can even say what you’d like to see specifically. Wondering how big the boot is? Need a closer look at the infotainment system? Are those alloy wheels 9-spoke or 11-spoke? Just ask – we’ll show you!
So what happens when you’ve seen a car online, and you want to see it in the metal? As our showrooms are currently closed to sales customers, we’re unable to offer vehicle viewings or test drives, but we hope to get these back up and running as soon as possible!
In the meantime, however, our sales team are able to provide you with a personalised video of the car or van you’re interested in, so just get in touch and we’ll get back to you with your very own film!

You can still reserve a vehicle online with a small refundable deposit, and you can even value your part exchange online. What’s more, those part exchange valuations are guaranteed, so we’ll stand by whatever value we’ve quoted online, based on the information you’ve provided.
We now also provide finance quotes online, helping you to get an idea of the options, and how much a vehicle will cost you on a monthly basis, all without ever physically stepping foot in a dealership.
Once you’ve paid for the vehicle, or arranged finance, we can deliver the vehicle directly to your home, again observing all the necessary social distancing guidelines as we hand it over. Best of all, our new Home Delivery service is totally free of charge for the first 25 miles! Sit back, relax, and we’ll bring your new car or van to you!
Prefer to collect it yourself? You can do that too! Our new Order & Collect service means you can buy your vehicle, then collect it from the dealership when it’s convenient for you.
If you want to speak to a member of the team, you can arrange an in-person appointment at the showroom, or a personal video call or conventional phone call if you’d prefer. Our teams are available on an appointment-only basis for the time being, so that we can manage the safety of our colleagues and customers effectively at all times.
