From my first visit a few weeks ago to look round their showroom to becoming a happy customer driving away into the sunset in my first-ever NEW car, this has been a pleasant and satisfying experience throughout. Catherine's help and consideration at each stage, including the test drive and part exchange with my old Peugeot have been hassle-free and yet it has been a good and fair deal. I'm delighted with my new SEAT Ibiza I-TECH and I hope it's been good business (though not too good!) for JCT600 Menston too. Catherine and her colleagues do a grand job!

I met Darryl after a quick phone call about the Honda CRV and found him to be a really nice guy to deal with. No silly "high pressure" sales gimmicks, just down to earth and very pleasant. From first to last, my experience of the garage has been an absolute pleasure unequalled by any previous vehicle purchase. My first contact by telephone with Alex Wharton was straight forward and informative with utter professionalism mixed with a friendly chat. I bought my car from Ashley, he contacted me to tell me it had arrived and we fixed a pick up time and date. When I arrived, everything was ready (the car was hidden under a cover-sheet). All the paperwork was easily handled (just a few signatures needed). It all went so smoothly and we were able to drive it away much quicker than I have experienced before from other dealers. Driving home was really drove nicely.

Right from the very beginning Carl Lodge and the team at Boston Audi went out of their way to ensure that buying our Audi was a pleasurable experience. Carl helped us with our choice then arranged for the car to come from Doncaster. He even collected us from Boston railway station because we had to travel by bus and train. I would just like to comment on how professional and helpful Joe Robinson has been in getting me on the road with my Vauxhall Corsa SRI. I found the overall experience very simple and stress free and Joe kept me up to date frequently with the progress of my purchase. I recently had an issue with my vehicle losing power/not accelerating so I gave Joe a call and he immediately got his colleague in the service department, Zoe Randle, to give me a call to book my car in for repair. After merely a couple of hours I got confirmation that the vehicle needed a new Coil Pack and that it was covered under warranty, this has given me peace of mind and yet again a quality service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new/used vehicle and personally suggest going to speak with Joe Robinson in the sales team.
