Last week I purchased a white MK7 Golf from JCT600 Rotherham. The overall service I received was excellent, from right back at the start when I was just browsing up until the point when I drove the car away. We have dealt with JCT600, Sticker Lane, Bradford Vauxhall for thirteen years. The manager Peter Bullamore has always been 100% helpful, friendly, very approachable, makes you feel welcome and relaxes you. Nothing is too much trouble before and after buying the cars we have purchased from the above showroom. In 2013 we purchased our first ADAM JAM, the sales person that dealt with us was James Kendall, in our eyes nothing was to much for him to help us. Friendly, 100% genuine, just like Peter and both make a good team. We were invited back to the showroom again, we saw James and his customer service was 100% hence we purchased our second ADAM JAM, picked up on 21 may, James again was very helpful and also rang us a few days after to check if everything was ok. These two members of staff are a credit to JCT600, this is why we have taken time to write to you and we would recommend JCT600 Vauxhall, Sticker Lane and these two members of staff to anyone who wants to buy a car. TWO VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

My CX-5 recently had its first service and also some additional work undertaken to fix an issue with the audio playback when playing music from a USB device. Recently purchase used Lexus IS from your Castleford dealership. Service I received was of the highest standard as one would expect. Gary Wilshaw dealt with the sale and I cannot compliment him too highly on his attitude and support. He made the purchase very easy and enjoyable. You judge companies by what happens when there is a problem. Having taken delivery of the vehicle I discovered that it did not have the tyre inflation kit. The positive manner in which Ashley Ryan dealt with this problem (in Gary's absence) was a lesson in customer care.
