Richard was very efficient, friendly and supportive during the whole process. Paul was also very good with the finance. There were no pressures in what to do or when to do it. The flowers were lovely and much appreciated and the personalised sign in the car window when we went for a test drive was a very nice touch too. It is good to see that everyone in your dealership was friendly and good humoured. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I love my car. If I had one thing to improve, it would be that the car should lock it's doors automatically when you drive off and that it would be good if you could set the car to only open the drivers door if you wanted. Apart from that, Briliant, love it.

I ordered a Golf SV on the mobility scheme for my wife from Sheffield Meadowhead branch. Jake all the way through the process gave us all the help we required. The test drive was no problem, I drove two vehicles to cover the car we wanted to decide on what size engine would suit driving in a very hilly city. We were informed on a regular basis on the progress of of the delivery date. Everyone we were involved with were always courteous and the coffee and teas were always welcome. We feel we could contact Jake or other members of staff in the future and receive the same service if any problems arise. One downside was the parking for visitors it really was not the best but that was something most companies suffer from, to finish on a positive note an all round good experience. Kind regards.

I have been researching buying cars for a few months whilst deciding what car to get. Once choosing a SEAT Ibiza I visited many of the local SEAT dealers to check prices and make sure I got a good deal before choosing SEAT Hillsborough. It's worth saying that my local SEAT dealer in Harrogate was so rude and unprofessional that I refused to buy from them despite the fact they could do a similar deal. I chose to travel 45 miles to Sheffield purely based on how great Kirsty Fletcher had been on the phone. She came and picked me up from the train station in Sheffield and was really friendly and helpful. She had a really nice manner that meant I didn't feel pressured or out of my depth (which I clearly was!). I can't really recommend Kirsty highly enough. Thank you Kirsty!

Visited the dealer for annual maintenance service. Took approx 1 hour. Friendly staff. I liked the fact that WiFi internet and refreshments were both available and free for customers waiting for their car service. I was given a comprehensive report about the service performed which was very good. I would however suggest making a dedicated play area for toddlers. This would be extremely helpful as a lot of customers who come for service will come with their children.

VW Van Centre at York excelled themselves today! Took our beloved Caravelle in for service, air con service and a window repair! The minute we got there my son was given a freshly made hot chocolate and easter eggs! Me a cappuccino and biscuits. My son was given picture of an Easter egg to colour in whilst I chatted with the lady about the service. Then we were chauffeured into York so we went shopping for a few hours...they also collected us and took us back to van centre. Given more hot drinks and biscuits, complementary mints and Frankie was given a VW travel mug for being a star! And they price matched what I had been quoted locally! Been using York Van centre for 8 years and they never cease to amaze me with their pleasant and courteous Service! Thankyou VW VAN CENTRE YORK!

I was both excited & daunted at the idea of buying a new car. With so much choice, which would be the right one for me? I shouldn't have worried, with Kirsty Fletcher the experience was relaxing, pleasant & very informative. There was no pressure, just helpful guidance; she really listened to my needs & found the exact car to suit them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the extra cup of coffee, to encouraging me to take a test drive when I was nervous. Why was I daunted...I don't know! Would I do it again...definitely! Kirsty, you have made me very happy & I still have the smile to prove it. The icing on the cake was the flowers & bubbles I received when I collected my brand new Ibiza Toca; an unexpected surprise, which was the perfect ending to the wonderful service I had received!!! I first visited the Bradford showroom in 2013 and sat with Ben Jewsbury and ordered a Golf GT to my required specification. Ben was brilliant to deal with, guiding me through the whole process of me deciding what I did, or did not want on the car. I have had the car for 18 months now and there is nothing I would want to change or add, Ben's advice and guidance was spot on, as was his bedside manner and JCT600 gained a very happy new customer that day. On every visit to the VW showroom, I can't fail to be impressed, the whole experience from getting out of the car on arrival, to leaving after having servicing work done is absolutely first class. The staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly, they have won me over from John Fickling down. I feel I am being looked after at all stages and have a nice warm feeling that I am a valued customer. I do live some 80 miles away from Bradford but feel that the journey is well worth it, with the high levels of attention and service they promote and offer on the day. Finally the ` first impression ` I got from arriving on my first visit, was one of a totally professional set up, with a culture of the staff doing things right, being attentive and keeping customers happy thereby retaining customers business. Not many garages seem to be able to do this I find, certainly JCT600 know how do it. I guess that Mr Tordoff had the vision and culture right from day one, of the successful business he wanted to create and develop and there is no doubt that he fulfilled his ambition, with the help of his son John and the team they built up. The JCT600 family business is most impressive and won’t let you down in my experience. Well done Jack.

Big thanks to the team at VW York. I bought my car last week and was helped by Joel who made the whole process a pleasure. My options were thoroughly explained, I was taken on a test drive and settled on a fantastic deal on a new Up, with thanks to the sales manager Martin. I also spoke with the business manager Rowena regarding my finance and the extra options available to me, she made me feel comfortable with what I was signing and happily answered any questions I had. When picking up my car Joel understood and shared in my excitement which made the process much more enjoyable, the car was unveiled to me in the showroom and I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Overall my experience was second to none and I would recommend seeing Joel and the team at York!
