Very helpful salesman Adam Cross, clear explanations, answered all questions about the car we were interested in; a five door Polo, without pressurising us in any way. We entered just to look but after a test drive and discussion we left an hour and a half later having bought a new Polo. Well done Adam. He has also followed us up to make sure all is well.

I have recently attended at JCT600 VW Commercial Centre, Sheffield with problems with my vehicle created by another VW Dealership. On both occasions, staff had no reason or obligation to help or assist yet went out of their way to do so. On the first occasion, I arrived at the Dealership with a problem with my rear seat. The previous day I had collected my new vehicle (a 2011 VW Transporter) from VW Leicester. The Salesman had insisted that he sit in the rear seat when we went to fill the vehicle with fuel prior to my departure for Sheffield! The following day I discovered that a metal spring was sticking out of the seat. I needed the problem fixing quickly as I was going away for the weekend with members of my family. I arrived at JCT600 unannounced and without an appointment. The garage was extremely busy yet one of their Technicians (Kevin) offered to have a look at the problem whilst he was on his meal break. He immediately diagnosed that one of the retaining springs beneath the fabric had become detached. He clearly explained how I could remove the fabric and rectify the problem which I was able to do. In terms of 'Customer Service' I couldn't praise Kevin highly enough. During the journey back from my weekend away, the brakes failed on my vehicle. I have since discovered that the Leicester dealership has had my vehicle in their possession for over 8 months, during which time it had not turned a wheel, a fact the Salesman neglected to mention in his sales pitch. Today, I again attended JCT600 to seek advice on the safety of my vehicle. On this occasion I spoke to Service Manager Steve Kirby. Again, Steve was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He spent time listening to my criticism of the other dealership and concerns over the safety on my vehicle. He was extremely professional in his approach and, without passing comment on the other dealership, he offered to complete a 'safety check' on my vehicle. As a result of his assistance and informed guidance I left the dealership feeling confident and reassured. I intend to use JCT600 to complete the future servicing on my vehicle and would recommend the Dealership to other VW owners. I have no previous loyalty to JCT600 and I rarely have the time to comment on such websites. However, my experience and praise is so positive that I feel compelled to do so. The service I have received is outstanding.

It's hard to summarise the whole journey with the Chesterfield dealership . Having bought an approved used car three-four years ago from the Chesterfield dealership the team have looked after my E220 Mercedes-Benz car and my later arrival a 97 vintage SLK. It's as if the team loved the cars as much as I did and it was a tough decision to get rid of the two faithful servants and replace them with a brand new SLK. The whole process was based around my wishes and needs. In the end we found a perfect specification and a car was ordered. Within a few days or weeks it arrived and I was introduced to my new toy. The reveal in the showroom was a bit of theatre - but it was nice to see her for the first time. In the three days we have been getting to know each other I have had contact from the team to check all is going well. And it is. I just need an excuse to take her on a long trip so we can really bond! Thanks

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. My Initial contact was via telephone in respect of a ML advertised on the Mercedes-Benz national website. My first contact was with Craig on the Friday who was very helpful and I called the next day and spoke to Jamie Cundy about the car. He advised that it was arriving on Wednesday and I arranged to visit the dealership on the Thursday to have a look a the car. The car arrived on the Wednesday and I travelled the 1.5 hours to the dealership to have a look at the car. The part exchange value for the GL was agreed on the phone at the weekend prior so if the car was ok I could proceed to purchase. On the Thursday having agreed to purchase the car, Jamie asked when I would wish to take the car, I said today expecting a rebuttal that this and that had to be done. But to my surprise Jamie said ok and so he sorted the 7 day insurance cover, the RFL, the transfer of my private plate, the valeting and the installation of sat nav in the car together with the paper work for the car and the p/x. So I arrived at about 11.15 am on the Thursday to a welcoming coffee and at about 3.00pm I drove off the forecourt in the new car everything done. Wow a first for me. I had previously done this in two days but never on the same day. If you know what you want this is how buying a car should be. Thank you Jamie for your excellent customer service and in sorting the car that day - it saved me a lot of time and inconvenience and made the process a pleasure.
