We have been shopping around and had some really bad experiences, This has been by far the best experience ever received when buying a car. Craig has been exceptional and very very kind, Both Craig and Josh have helped us find the right car, find the right finance deal and we now are driving away in our dream car! Thanks JCT600 we will most certainly be recommending you and returning to buy our next car! Visiting Audi Lincoln was a gamble, as I wanted to change from my normal car brand due to a lack of options and I'm so pleased I did. 
For a start they don't rush you or try to get you to buy stuff you don't want, they work with you and make you feel welcome. Many thanks to Nick Dunn for a sterling job, the new TT is spot on. It was nice to meet some friendly faces as well (Dan Lewis) for one. Hopefully this should be the start of a new chapter for us all. 10/10

I would like to say 'Thank You' to all the staff at JCT600 VW Hull especially Marc Banks. From the moment we first went into the showroom, we were provided with a friendly and professional service. I didn't really know whether the 'UP' was the car for me but there was a model 'Club Up' in the showroom and I was able to have a test drive in a similar model. Whilst looking at the car I was given information and advice. Marc was extremely helpful and helped with decisions about what the best options were. We were offered a part exchange deal which made the purchase much easier.
Following our initial visit to the garage, Marc contacted us the next day and we discussed the details over the phone. I received e-mails to confirm the purchase and the sales agreements, Everything was clear and easy to understand.
I collected my new car the following week.I love my new 'Club Up' and was delighted with how it was presented in the showroom. There was a problem with the' Maps and More' connection on the dashboard however Marc and all the team worked hard to resolve the problem by finding a new connector arm. I was really impressed with how JCT 600 dealt with this order. Everyone in the showroom is very friendly and it is nice to see how they deal with customers who are visiting the garage. I am very pleased with the overall service and would not hesitate to recommend JCT600 VW Hull to others and would definitely purchase another car from them. Thank you!

Upon my first entrance into BMW Bradford Sticker Lane I was impressed. The modern layout and cleanliness was an early indicator of what I could expect. I had a good 5 minute look around, not pressured by over-bearing and eager salesmen. After having time to look around the vehicles, I was politely asked if I needed help. The staff, in particular a Mr. Rick Notey, were fantastic by offering beverages which were refrigerated and actually cold and being as quick as possible in answering any questions. As mentioned, Rick Notey was amazing, looking after me to a degree that would be expected if I was buying a Rolls-Royce. He was on hand to answer any questions I had at any time day or night. He was personable, knowledgeable and made me feel like he had done all he can to save me money without compromising the quality or spec of car. Thus, I ordered the car. When collection day came, I was obviously eager to collect my car on the first day of the new reg. Rick came in extra early to accommodate this which I couldn't have appreciated more. All I can say is JCT and BMW are lucky to have staff like Rick and the entire showroom as they have gained a life-long appreciative customer. Thank you so much Rick & Gavin.
