Yesterday I took delivery of a used SL350, this is just a brief note to say how pleased I am with the vehicle and the way that the sale was transacted by your Sales Executive (Christian) – he made spending money almost enjoyable. I would however point out that the last time I signed so many documents was during my last divorce!

Your salesman Brian Strutt was the best I have worked with. He was very patient with me as I deliberated and made my mind up. Buying a car can be a stressful time, Brian made this less stressful by not putting me under pressure and continuing to give me various options - I changed from wanting an E class to getting a C Class which was more suited to my needs. All I can say is that Dave Nichols at Audi Grimsby couldn't have done any more to find a car at the right budget to meet our needs, but he did more than that. I bought my Audi A1 from Audi Grimsby this week and the service I received was fantastic. From the minute I attended, I felt at ease and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. David Nichols was spot on and made my experience a very enjoyable one. I had been a VW driver for over 40 years when I wandered into the Lincoln Audi Garage. I was planning to change my car, a rather old VW Golf. I met the receptionist Toni, a charming young lady, not pushy just helpful. Whilst she found a sales person I wandered undisturbed, the sales man Bryan Windle arrived, again very helpful, very knowledgeable but not pushy. We looked a various models, discussed my requirements from a car, at no time did I feel pressured or rushed, it wasn't a decision I would make in a hurry, I like to do my research and plan. After a test drive I left the garage with contact details and brochures. Mr Windle knew what I was looking for right down to the colour but I had made no real commitment to buy, I hadn't given up on VW yet! Mr Windle after a couple of weeks and several visit from me found the car that fitted my exact requirements, even the colour. Again I still did not have to commit to the purchase. Another visit, a test drive and a sale was made. Mr Windle kept me up to date during the following week about the handover both by email and phone. I collected my new car last week. The whole experience was very positive from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, even flowers for my wife – 10/10 for Bryan Windle, Toni and Audi.

Richard was very efficient, friendly and supportive during the whole process. Paul was also very good with the finance. There were no pressures in what to do or when to do it. The flowers were lovely and much appreciated and the personalised sign in the car window when we went for a test drive was a very nice touch too. It is good to see that everyone in your dealership was friendly and good humoured. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I love my car. If I had one thing to improve, it would be that the car should lock it's doors automatically when you drive off and that it would be good if you could set the car to only open the drivers door if you wanted. Apart from that, Briliant, love it.

I ordered a Golf SV on the mobility scheme for my wife from Sheffield Meadowhead branch. Jake all the way through the process gave us all the help we required. The test drive was no problem, I drove two vehicles to cover the car we wanted to decide on what size engine would suit driving in a very hilly city. We were informed on a regular basis on the progress of of the delivery date. Everyone we were involved with were always courteous and the coffee and teas were always welcome. We feel we could contact Jake or other members of staff in the future and receive the same service if any problems arise. One downside was the parking for visitors it really was not the best but that was something most companies suffer from, to finish on a positive note an all round good experience. Kind regards.

I have been researching buying cars for a few months whilst deciding what car to get. Once choosing a SEAT Ibiza I visited many of the local SEAT dealers to check prices and make sure I got a good deal before choosing SEAT Hillsborough. It's worth saying that my local SEAT dealer in Harrogate was so rude and unprofessional that I refused to buy from them despite the fact they could do a similar deal. I chose to travel 45 miles to Sheffield purely based on how great Kirsty Fletcher had been on the phone. She came and picked me up from the train station in Sheffield and was really friendly and helpful. She had a really nice manner that meant I didn't feel pressured or out of my depth (which I clearly was!). I can't really recommend Kirsty highly enough. Thank you Kirsty!
