What can I say, I went in to look for a new car and met the most amazing sales person...Simon Jackson. My husband and I had paid a deposit for a Seat Leon in Peterborough. However, on returning home I was looking on the internet for comparisons at other dealerships. I came across JCT600 and found a car that we might be interested in. I phoned the showroom up and was put in touch with Aaron Carnell. I was very impressed with his customer service. I told him that we live in Stamford, which is 68 miles away. He sent us a video to show us around the car before we decided to make an appointment to meet with Aaron the next day. Upon our visit, Aaron made us feel very welcome. He showed us to his desk and immediately and offered us a coffee, one of three that afternoon! He told us all about the car before going out to see it. He took us out letting us both drive the car. He answered any questions that were put to him with confidence. Our exchanged car was Diesel whereby the new one was petrol; Aaron explained the difference in the way the new car would handle. Everything was dealt with easily, Aaron even organised a direct debit for us. We agreed the sale and arranged to pick the car up two days later. We have been very impressed at the way the transaction with JCT600 went so seamlessly. We also purchased insurance on the alloys and paintwork. We are very pleased with our new car. Aaron has said he would contact us after a while to see if everything was okay, and has already done so. If there was a scale of 1-10 for customer service, salesmanship & professionalism, I would score Aaron 10/10.
