Having Kebba deal with my purchase was brilliant! He made sure I understood everything I needed to sign and explained everything I needed to know. He even compared two different A1 prices just to show me what I could get for my money at the best value which was fantastic as I ended up with the sports package! The run up to collecting my car was also great having weekly updates from Kebba. On collection day again he was very efficient and a pleasure to handover the keys with! Right from the very beginning Carl Lodge and the team at Boston Audi went out of their way to ensure that buying our Audi was a pleasurable experience. I would just like to comment on how professional and helpful Joe Robinson has been in getting me on the road with my Vauxhall Corsa SRI. I found the overall experience very simple and stress free and Joe kept me up to date frequently with the progress of my purchase. I recently had an issue with my vehicle losing power/not accelerating so I gave Joe a call and he immediately got his colleague in the service department, Zoe Randle, to give me a call to book my car in for repair. After merely a couple of hours I got confirmation that the vehicle needed a new Coil Pack and that it was covered under warranty, this has given me peace of mind and yet again a quality service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new/used vehicle and personally suggest going to speak with Joe Robinson in the sales team.

My daughter was due to take her driving test and persuaded me to take her for a look around for a suitable first car. She took me straight to our local Audi dealership and fell in love with the A1. All the finer details such as finance and payments were very clearly explained and went very smoothly.
