I came in with little idea of what I wanted, just had a budget in mind.
Ashley was very patient as I changed my mind several times. He arranged cars for me to test drive on several occasions and talked to me through the finance options in a language I understand.
Compared to other dealerships I have been to, there was no hard sell or pressure to buy. 
Throughout the whole process I was kept up to date of any changes and how the process was going.
I also spoke to other members of the team, Rowena was particularly helpful and it was great to meet a team that was more human and less robotic!
Mostly I am extremely excited to pick up my new car later this month, as Ashley sorted it so quickly and professionally, I will have it in time for Christmas!
