Very pleasant experience. I had booked an appointment with Ashley through the website. On arrival I was told he was just finishing up with another customer and would be with me shortly, giving me time to sit in some of the cars in the showroom and have a complimentary drink.

After some chat about what I was looking at and my budget, I had my test drive. Loved the car and by the time we got back to the showroom, someone else in the office had found some deals for me.

Only went in for a test drive and came out having ordered a car! Over the next few weeks I got regular updates (even some videos after it had been delivered). Went to sign all the paperwork the day before I picked it up so it would be nice and quick on the day.

On the day itself, had the grand unveiling and shown around all the features.

Very happy with the level of service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They have got a loyal customer in me!

Matthew Addison took our call regarding a Peugeot 508 Allure. Due to the distance we were having to travel, Matthew  sent us a video of the car pointing out the good and bad points on the car. Only two little chips. Great service very much appreciated.

We had too wait for the insurance to pay out, the car was more than we really wanted to pay, but tried to find another closer to home and cheaper.

Matthew kept us updated as to wether car was still for sale. Which we thought was great service on his behalf.

We did look at others that were less money, due to the distance we had to travel but in the end we gathered the cash together and phoned Matthew on the Sunday Morning, to ask if it could be reduced, he gave us a good price and we set off up the M1.

The service was done Mot he also did the tax online for us.  The other employees that were present were very friendly and helpful also.

Sharon, I have since spoken to reception twice regarding info required etc. Sharon answered the phone she is also very efficient and friendly to talk to. Well done to Mathew and Sharon. 

Matthew is a credit to your company, he told us he hadn't been at Jct600 long, and was really happy there, and that he was looking forward to progressing within the company.
A very honest and truthful person who I would recommend to other customers.

A lovely atmosphere is present within the business. Just wish it had been earlier in the day and we could have looked at the area you are based in. And also the weather was dire, nearly got battered to bits driving home.  But felt safe in my car I had just purchased.

Very easy process start to finish, I came in to view a car on the Friday night and by Saturday I was in the process of signing the paperwork. All that remained was for my car to be delivered.

I booked my car in for a routine oil change today. What a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. The pre-work contacts were very professional and helpful. The work was carried out to a high standard with a vehicle health check thrown in for good measure. The video I received detailing the work done was a pleasant surprise. I received the car back in a timely manner with it receiving a valet both inside & out. All in all a fantastic service.

Our experience of purchasing a new car from Kia Castleford was outstanding, We initially didn't go in to buy straight away our plan was to get a car in the new year. James at the Kia garage provided an exceptional services with no pressure and was extremely customer focused. even though he knew our plan not to buy straight away. despite this James let us test drive the Kia Sportage and afterwards discussed options he could do should we want to buy. James spoke to his senior staff whom again was very helpful and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. We walked away with a shake of the hand to pick up our new car two days later. Again when we collected the car exceptional service from James he showed us around the car explained the functions helped me set up my phone to the car. He was genuinely happy to help us, we signed all paperwork only slight discrepancy was on one of the cover plan we had taken which covers us for scratches and dints to the paintwork, it wasn't pointed out to us that for every call we make we get charged excess of £25 until the signing of the financial agreement. 

Overall the experience was extremely pleasurable and I would definitely recommend Kia at Castleford all the staff especially James were fantastic and provided top quality customer service, 

Even a week after purchase James phoned to ask how I was going with my new car.

Buying a new car from JCT600 was a very pleasurable experience - exactly how it should be. I particularly liked how the salesman who looked after me, Andrew Meeds, was kind, helpful and informative, but not pushy. He took time to go through the finance options without bombarding me with things I didn't want. He understood that I wanted to go and look at another car at another dealer and didn't disrespect it or them in any way. When I decided a new Golf GTi was the car for me I had no hesitation in coming back to JCT600 and Andrew, to finalise the deal. Again, the process was fluid and relaxed. Andrew talked through the various add-on options but didn't put me under pressure to buy them, knowing we were at the top end of our financial limit. I really appreciated that. Since ordering the car, Andrew has been excellent in answering some of my questions. I can only hope that the professionalism and courtesy continues throughout the lifetime of my ownership. If it does, I would have no hesitation buying another car from, or recommending a friend to, JCT600.

I bought a second hand Volkswagen Up in July and I had a few issues with it. I returned the car a few days after purchase, Craig Merifield the sales executive who I dealt with offered to replace the car with another and I was given a courtesy car for the time it took Craig to source another VW Up.
